Restaurant General Manager – Del Frisco's Restaurant Group
We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our upscale dining operations, ensuring exceptional service, profitability, and compliance with company standards.
OverviewThis role is responsible for the overall performance of the restaurant, driving revenue growth, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and staff development.

- Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor costs.
- Ensure all financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain professional restaurant image, including cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards.
- Provide outstanding guest service by investigating and responding to complaints, turning dissatisfied guests into repeat customers.
- Manage shifts and daily decision‑making, scheduling, and planning while ensuring consistent, high‑quality food preparation and service.
- Provide direction to employees regarding operations and procedural issues, develop staff through ongoing feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
- Minimum 3 years of General Manager experience in upscale/fine dining.
- Additional experience in regional or multi‑unit management is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of front‑ and back‑of‑house operations, including food, beverages, staff supervision, inventory, food safety, service techniques, and guest interaction.
- Strong understanding of cost and labor systems that drive profitability.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with advanced computer and math skills.
- Stable, progressive work history and strong work ethic.
USD $80,000.00 - USD $ per year.
