• Ensures prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines.
• Leads preshift on a shift‑by‑shift basis.

• Enforces TABC regulations.
• Ensures product, restaurant and staffing presentation meet company standards.
• Assists in scheduling and meeting staffing pars.
• Assists management team in creating incentive programs, testing and training.
• Manages restaurant organization, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Communicates with other managers daily through management log.
• Completes all other assigned duties and responsibilities.
• Creates server sections and job assignments based on performance of team members.
• Constantly develops team members, including informal shift reviews and participates in daily one‑on‑ones.
• Communicates, enforces, and follows company policies, practices and procedures.
• Maintains and protects company assets.
• Complies with the local, state and federal laws, regulations and guidelines.
• Follows all cash handling procedures.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant.
• Able to multi‑task.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 lbs., and bend, climb or work in confined spaces.
• Customer service focused and solution oriented.
• Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast‑paced work environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs.
• Food handler's card may be required according to local and/or state regulations.
