• As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing a well-stocked and well-maintained department while delivering superior customer service. You will stock and rotate products daily and maintain all department and safety/sanitation standards.
• Support the team by stocking, organizing, and maintaining displays; assist with inventory control, loading/unloading, and preparing back areas for night crews and incoming trucks.
• Provide customer service, answer questions about products, help customers locate items, and support selling efforts with friendly, accurate assistance.
• Adhere to department SOPs and store operating procedures; ensure signage and shelf tags are accurate and up-to-date.

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and provide high-quality customer service.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities.
