We are a local independent marketing firm, looking for an Account Manager Trainee to assist our senior staff with overseeing local retail locations on behalf of our clients. Our firm focuses on connecting the customer with the right products and services that fit their lifestyle through cultivating relationships and gaining their trust. The Account Manager Trainee will be expected to hold a high level of customer service towards our clients and their customers, as well as have excellent communication skills.
Primary focuses will be on handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing information about our clients' products and services.
- Exceed standards and behavior with every customer, business partner, and peers.
- Work with senior management to create advertisements for products.
- Achieve sales goals by adhering to company performance metrics, implementing promotional programs, and executing special events.
- Manage the sales floor with agility, changing direction, and continuously improving based on key indicators and lessons learned.
- Assist the leadership team to manage overall team performance and growth.
- Contribute to a positive atmosphere that is fun, professional, productive, and team-oriented providing clear feedback and regular coaching.
- Strong interpersonal/organizational skills with the ability to motivate others.
- Appropriately manage conflict and take ownership of your part in the team dynamic.
- Knows when to be patient and when to push.
- Integrates the perspectives of others.
- Proactively identifies issues and resolutions.
- Professional tone, demeanor, and appearance at all times.
