Job OverviewThis is a full‑time, W‑2 outside sales representative position. Your primary role will be to develop relationships with prospective and existing customers, promoting company products and services and closing sales.
Average annual earnings range from $150,000 to $250,000, with top performers earning upwards of $350,000.

The Role
- Learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones
- Apply consistent effort and a great attitude to meet planned sales goals/quotas
- Promote company products and services
- Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
- Provide best‑in‑class customer experience
- Work a full schedule, including evenings, Saturdays and occasional Sundays
- Positivity, flexibility, determination, and a persuasive personality
- Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, mortgage, real estate, solar, and B2C sales is a plus
- Strong sense of ambition, self‑motivation, and self‑discipline
- Open mind, willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
- Approachable demeanor
- Own reliable vehicle with valid driver’s license
