About the Role

Join the Americas Proxxima™ sales team as a Business Development Manager for Proxxima™ Thermoset Resin Systems for composites applications. The role involves sales development, commercialization, and partnering with customers across the composites value chain to drive growth and opportunity.

What You Will Do
  • Identify new opportunities, drive development, and convert pipeline opportunities to sales for composite applications
  • Manage sales proposals, follow up on leads, and drive successful outcomes
  • Develop and respond to proposals for specific customer requirements
  • Maintain and develop customer base and manage via Salesforce
  • Understand the value in use of this unique resin system and set appropriate pricing strategies
  • Develop account plans and set strategic direction annually
  • Attend conferences and trade shows related to composite applications
  • Conduct monthly reviews to monitor the progress of outstanding proposals, inquiries and new customers
About You

Minimum Skills &

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in the composites’ industry value chain either in resin/fiber sales to converters, or composite part sales development to end users
  • Proven ability to work with customers and introduce new products, technically and commercially proficient in composites products and applications
  • Strong, existing network of value chain contacts/relationships an advantage
