SummaryThis position is responsible for selling Insperity’s HRCore to assigned organizations.
Responsibilities- Met minimum sales and activity levels as defined by management.
- Collaborate with BPA offices to build and maintain a pipeline that meets or exceeds monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Proactively call prospective customers to explain benefits and value of the HRCore offering.
- Cultivate and close new HRCore customers in a defined territory.
- Follow up on sales leads from various sources.
- Serve as key stakeholder in pipeline management and client relations, ensuring sales goals are met.
- Develop and manage relationships with prospects and customers to ensure satisfaction and a strong referral base.
- Forecast accurately and maintain all sales cycle activities within the appropriate systems following company processes and methodology.
- Educate prospects on benefits through compelling articulation of our business model and value proposition.
- Continue to develop and enhance business cases for prospective customers that reinforce Insperity’s market leadership.
- Evaluate prospects’ business needs and present appropriate mix of products and solutions.
- Collaborate with other sales teams to ensure timely, high-quality prospect decisions for HRCore.
- Work in a rapidly changing, team environment.
- Coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team of sales, technology, professional services, legal, and finance to close a sale that meets both customer and company needs.
- Negotiate tough situations with internal and external groups, win concessions without damaging relationships.
- Meet or exceed personal and team weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Possess strong working knowledge of technology platforms available to HRCore customers.
- Demonstrate meeting facilitation skills, conduct web conferences and phone interactions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required). Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Five years of B2B selling experience preferred.
- Multi-year track record of successfully closing numerous new customers in a lead role strongly preferred.
Travels up to 20% of the time.
CompensationPay range: $68,040 - $77,410.
