A leading company in the oil & gas industry is seeking a Sales Manager to drive business growth and strengthen customer relationships across key markets. The ideal candidate is a motivated, relationship-focused sales professional with deep industry knowledge and a proven record of exceeding targets. Communicating effectively, the new leader will expand market presence and capture new opportunities by developing strategic sales plans and engaging directly with customers while collaborating with regional teams to deliver value-driven solutions and sustained growth.

Salary + Additional Benefits:

• $110,000-$130,000 + Uncapped Commission
• 401K

Location: The Woodlands, TX

Type of Position: Direct Hire

• Target, foster, and maintain a market leadership position within the product lines. Function as the liaison with the Basin locations with a focus to strategically grow the business, enabled by technology, and develop the required commercial/technical models, procedures and processes.
• Enhance existing and implement new business models that derive maximum benefit based on value.
• Understand the market from a client perspective by engaging the Basin’s.
• Identify key customers and establish relationships as appropriate, either directly (in case of new technology/processes) or in cooperation with Basin.
• Understand the upstream production domain, drilling and completions.
• Ideally has upstream production equipment or related equipment product knowledge.
• Has an awareness of applicable industry standards and codes.
• Understand Midstream, Pipeline and EPC companies.

• Oil & Gas related experience, preferably within EPC or alternative markets (LNG, clean energy, data centers, etc.)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience
• Experience with engineered to order products
• Demonstrated sales track record in current role
• Demonstrated ability to manage, grow and retain key accounts
• Capable of identifying, cultivating, and attaining new accounts
• Understands market drivers and how they might impact business
• Capable of applying sales analytics to set directional account strategies
• Ideally college degree, engineering, or business (mechanical or Chemical) preferred and/or work experience equivalency
• Excellent verbal and analytical skills
• Positive attitude, entrepreneurial, visionary and curious
• Highly motivated, self-starter, competitive in nature, likes to win
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player
• Travel 50-60% of the time to visit customers and attend trade shows
