The Person al Systems (PS) Consumer Compute Category team is looking for a 4P Program Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives and project management worldwide.
We deliver exceptional consumer compute solutions with cutting‑edge design, performance, and ecosystem integration, creating unforgettable experiences globally.
The mission is to level up the Market Category, Sales, Marketing teams, and key stakeholders with in‑depth knowledge of HP next‑generation solutions, develop strong 4P plans, and support execution in markets.

Responsibilities- Build and execute 4P plans for next‑generation consumer solutions at worldwide and country levels.
- Support market needs and execute business plans within given constraints, presenting market requests to global central teams.
- Align with global teams on existing solutions and work closely with country teams to incorporate market‑specific requirements into global strategy.
- Continuously monitor technology and competitive landscapes to tune HP consumer solutions and maintain a leading edge.
- Collaborate with alliance partners to build strong growth initiatives.
- Develop and implement end‑to‑end new product introduction plans across category, marketing, sales, and PR.
- Deep knowledge of the Consumer PC industry, including market trends and emerging technologies.
- Strong analytical skills to gather, interpret market data, consumer insights, and performance metrics for strategic decision‑making.
- Project management expertise to coordinate and prioritize multiple marketing initiatives, ensuring timely execution.
- Proficiency in developing comprehensive marketing strategies for next‑gen AI PCs, covering product positioning, target audiences, and competitive analysis.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross‑functional teams such as product development, sales, and creative to ensure seamless execution.
- College degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in product, marketing, and project management.
USD $130,350–$200,750 annually, plus bonus and/or equity opportunities (U.S. candidates). Pay varies by location, knowledge, skills, and experience.
