This is a full-time, on-site role based in The Woodlands, TX for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales strategies to achieve company growth targets. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, developing sales pipelines, leading negotiations, creating business proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
The role requires strong leadership to mentor and manage a high-performing sales team while fostering a client-first, results-driven approach.
- Proven expertise in the event sector in Business Development, Strategic Sales Planning, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Experience in Data Analysis, Sales Forecasting, and CRM software
- Team Leadership and ability to mentor and manage high-performing sales teams
- Knowledge of the events production industry is a must
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
