Compensation

Base pay range: $95,000 – $120,000 per year.

Responsibilities
  • Sell and cultivate a strong client base through B2B sales of premium supplemental insurance products.
  • Handle cold calling, relationship‑building, and client engagement.
  • After mastering the sales framework, train and mentor incoming team members.

  • Skilled at handling objections and closing sales.
  • Committed to 40‑45 hours weekly.
  • History of exemplary performance.

Additional Qualifications
  • Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.
  • Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your state (or willing to obtain; study course and state licensing fees reimbursement available).
  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post‑high‑school work experience; candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with comparable sales or athletic background will be considered.
