Base pay range: $95,000 – $120,000 per year.
Responsibilities- Sell and cultivate a strong client base through B2B sales of premium supplemental insurance products.
- Handle cold calling, relationship‑building, and client engagement.
- After mastering the sales framework, train and mentor incoming team members.
- Resolute, self‑assured, and proactive.
- Disciplined and determined; independent work style.
- Skilled at handling objections and closing sales.
- Committed to 40‑45 hours weekly.
- History of exemplary performance.
- Enthusiastic about mentoring, educating, and motivating peers.
- Thrives on sales challenges and is fully engaged on the field.
- Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.
- Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your state (or willing to obtain; study course and state licensing fees reimbursement available).
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post‑high‑school work experience; candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with comparable sales or athletic background will be considered.
- Comprehensive classroom and field training program.
- Weekly draw pay plus commissions with no caps and a short sales cycle (3 business days). Monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions.
