As our newest insurance sales representative you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Return all phone messages promptly.
• Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.

• Property & Casualty license required
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Must have ability to multi-task.
