Saga Senior Living is looking to hire staff to work at Tarina of Cypresswood, an assisted living and memory care community that offers a continuum of personalized support that evolves with you, ensuring every resident receives exactly what they need to thrive.

Day to Day
- Drive occupancy growth by managing inquiries, conducting tours, following up with prospects, and securing move-ins for our assisted living and memory care community
- Build strong referral relationships and represent the community as a trusted senior housing resource through outreach, events, and market engagement
- Execute sales and marketing plans and consistently meet activity and move-in goals using CRM tools to track leads and conversions
- Partner with the Executive Director and community team to coordinate move-ins, communicate occupancy changes, and ensure excellent customer experience
- Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations while supporting staff training and sales best practices
Qualifications
- 3 years of senior living sales experience required
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
