Product Management Graduate; Master's​/MBA

Product Management Graduate (Master's/MBA). This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

• Contribute to a standard product development plan.
• Assist with data collation on customer requirements, target customer segments, and business cases to bring innovative and disruptive products to market.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on one or more product strategy and execution across all lifecycle phases (planning, development, launch, management, exit).
• Operationalize financial targets to meet performance objectives.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
• 1+ years of work experience in related field.
• Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry.

• Basic understanding of product development.
• Basic skills in cost modeling, efficient solutions, and financial performance metric analysis.
• Basic business acumen and knowledge of root cause analysis and problem detection.
• Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry and ability to provide product-specific technical training to the team.
