Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Accountant to join our team and play a key role in maintaining the financial integrity of the organization.

This position is ideal for an analytical, detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to both day‑to‑day accounting operations and long‑term process improvements.

As a senior member of the accounting team, you will support financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, and audit activities while also serving as a resource and mentor to junior staff.

• Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and supporting documentation.
• Perform account reconciliations and prepare detailed financial statements.
• Support month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare sales tax returns and other required financial filings.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic business decisions.
• Mentor and support junior accounting team members.
• Utilize accounting software and ERP systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Participate in special projects, system upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop and refine internal controls and accounting procedures to strengthen operational effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience. Public accounting experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency with accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
