Panacea Home Healthcare LLC is looking for compassionate and dedicated Caregivers and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our growing team in Springboro, OH Area If you have a passion for making a real difference in people's lives every single day, this is the opportunity for you. SHIFT

HOURS:

3P - 7P for 3 days and Saturday 7hrs.

NOTE:

Family has two (2) friendly dogs.

• Provide direct personal care and support to individuals in their homes or community settings
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Support individuals with interlectual disabilities or other needs
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities
• Foster a safe, respectful, and encouraging environment for all clients

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, DSP, CNA, HHA, or in a similar caregiving role preferred
• Genuine compassion, patience, and dedication to supporting others
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends,
