Ames Industrial Solutions Inc. (ABS) is seeking a Production Operator to join our team in Springboro, OH. The role focuses on assembling and producing ABS battery pack systems to meet customer requirements in a production‑based setting.

The Production Operator is responsible for assisting operations in launching and assembling new products, meeting customer needs, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

• Assemble products to customer requirements and company goals.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities to support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
• Support Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) activities.
• Adhere to ergonomic guidelines and company policies.
• Participate in Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and work instruction reviews.
• Identify and support continuous improvement projects.
• Assist with specification development for machinery and equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Support weekend and off‑shift work as required.
• Comply with federal and state regulations.
• Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
• Maintain predictable and reliable attendance.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred manufacturing experience.
• Experience in electrification assembly line, high voltage or battery manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or TS16949 quality systems.
• Basic problem‑solving skills for troubleshooting production issues.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
