We are seeking a candidate to join our powder coat painting team. Experience in warehouse powder coat painting is highly desirable but not required.
Key Responsibilities- Follow processes and techniques necessary to acquire complete coverage
- Select correct metal parts according to the shop report
- Prepare appropriate metal hooks and jigging on moving conveyor
- Operate and maintain painting equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Perform other duties as assigned to support other departments
- Proven experience in industrial painting or related field
- Proficiency in materials handling and mechanical knowledge
- Knowledge of different types of paints and finishes
- Experience with electrostatic spraying equipment
- Ability to read and understand work orders

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock, and explosives. The noise level in the work environment is very loud where ear protection is necessary.
