Southwest Church is seeking a full-time Kids Minister to introduce children to Jesus in a fun, engaging, and interactive way while helping them grow in their faith. This position oversees all kids ministry areas (Birth–5th Grade), partnering with parents to be the primary disciple-makers of their children. The Kids Minister will lead and develop a vibrant volunteer team of 50+ who serve 50–70 kids each week, while also coordinating key programs such as Sunday gatherings and Club
45 (4th–5th Grade). This role reports to the Executive Minister and plays a vital part in the church’s mission to help people take their next step with Jesus.

• Planning and implementing outreach events
• Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for kids and families
• Recruiting and training volunteers
• Managing ministry communication and safety policies
• Collaborating with staff and leadership to integrate Kids Ministry into the broader life of the church

• At least three years of ministry experience
• Bachelor’s degree (ministry or Bible degree preferred)
• Growing, authentic relationship with Jesus
