Monday–Friday with rotating Saturday coverage Position Type: 32 to 40 hours/week Full-Time

Our Springboro Primary Care office provides comprehensive pediatric care in a welcoming, community-based setting where providers have the opportunity to truly know their patients and families. Formerly known as Springboro Pediatrics, our practice has been caring for children in the community since 1993. As part of Cincinnati Children’s, we combine the personal connection of a smaller pediatric practice with the resources, expertise, and specialty care of one of the nation’s leading children’s health systems.
We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) who is passionate about caring for children and building lasting relationships with families throughout Springboro and the surrounding communities.

Closed The provider schedule will be designed to support the needs of the practice including rotating Saturday coverage monthly and participation in extended weekday hours.
- Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to infants, children, adolescents, and young adults.
- Establish meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and their families.
- Perform well-child visits, preventive care, developmental assessments, and routine pediatric examinations.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
- Provide anticipatory guidance and education to patients and families.
- Partner with families to develop individualized care plans that support the child’s physical, emotional, and developmental health.
- Collaborate with nurses, care team members, specialists, and other Cincinnati Children’s providers.
- Coordinate referrals and specialty care when additional expertise is needed.
- Utilize Epic/MyChart to support communication, documentation, care coordination, and follow-up.
- Participate in quality improvement and initiatives designed to improve access, outcomes, and the patient/family experience.
- Contribute to a collaborative practice environment where every member of the team plays an important role in delivering exceptional pediatric care.
- Passionate about pediatric primary care and improving the health and well‑being of children.
- Committed to building trusting relationships with children and their families.
- An excellent communicator who takes time to listen and answer questions.
- Comfortable caring for a diverse pediatric population across developmental stages.
- Collaborative and team oriented.
- Organized and able to manage a busy outpatient practice.
- Dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence‑based care.
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Appropriate national certification.
- Current or eligible for Ohio licensure.
- One-year Pediatric primary care experience preferred.
- Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant with pediatric experience encouraged to apply.
