MDU Account Executive driving fiber internet sales in multi-dwelling communities across the Southeast and Midwest.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect, qualify, and develop MDU opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners and property managers.
- Close bulk MDU agreements and individual resident contracts.
- Coordinate with internal teams on site assessments, installations, and launch activities.
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
- Proven B2B or MDU sales experience.
- Strong “hunter” mentality with consistent opportunity generation.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage complex account processes.
- Passion for expanding access to fast, reliable broadband.
