Our Mechanics Deserve the Best Diesel Mechanic Benefits

• Diesel Mechanic Compensation:
• $20 - $30 per hour, depending on mechanic experience
• Diesel Mechanic Paid Time Off:
• Vacation:
  • Begins accruing on day 1
  • Up to 80 hours per year
  • Up to 40 unused hours may roll over (must be used by April 30)
• Personal Time Off (PTO):
  • 24 hours annually
  • Intended for personal needs, appointments, etc.

Diesel Mechanic Qualifications

• High school education or technical school preferred
• At least 3 years of diesel shop experience, including technical school
• Specific exposure to an equipment or maintenance environment
• Knowledge of basic hand tools for general equipment repair
• Equipment systems experience a plus
