Job Description

Parts Express, is seeking energetic, detail-oriented, and hardworking Warehouse Team Members who are passionate about providing the customer with a top-notch buying experience, from start to finish! In this position, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties such as: receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse.

• Assists with unloading trucks and taking inventory of products
• Fulfills customer orders by picking products, packing boxes, and placing orders in delivery areas
• Sorts and place products on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards
• Enforces inventory control by collecting stock location orders and printing requests
• Provide quality service by following organizational standards
• Preserves a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat
• Promotes clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

• The worker is subject to hazards:
  Includes a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, and moving vehicles.
• This position works in a warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday.
• This role routinely uses warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters and tape dispensers, scanner guns, and computers.

• The worker will be subject to lifting, stacking, pulling, and pushing.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted, and up to 120 lbs, assisted.
• The worker is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned or to make general observations of facilities or structures;
  As well to operate motor vehicles or heavy equipment.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
• Willing and eligible to obtain forklift certification
