Position Summary

We’re seeking a motivated Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, insurance, or restoration estimating and strong communication skills. You’ll play a key role in accurately assessing property damage, preparing detailed estimates, and helping customers through the restoration process from start to finish.

• Inspect and scope residential and commercial property damage (water, fire, storm, mold, & more).
• Prepare detailed estimates using Xactimate, Symbility or similar estimating software.
• Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and project managers.
• Obtain bids and pricing from vendors and subcontractors.
• Ensure estimates are accurate, timely, and profitable.
• Maintain project documentation and support smooth job execution.
• Build lasting relationships with adjusters and clients to generate repeat business.

• Experience in restoration, trades, handyman, or construction estimating (preferred).
• Insurance adjusting is a plus.
• Proficiency in Xactimate
  , Symbility
  , or similar software.
• Knowledge of insurance claims and restoration processes.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
