A rapidly expanding,
premier concrete contractor based in Northwest Arkansas is seeking an experienced Bilingual Field Superintendent to join their growing team. They are a family-owned and operated local business with a strong and consistent book of work and a reputation built on integrity, quality, and long‑term client relationships. They provide professional concrete services for industrial, commercial, and municipal clients
, and have recently expanded with the addition of an excavation and utilities sister company
, creating even more long‑term opportunity and stability.

• Supervise and coordinate concrete crews and jobsite activities
• Plan and execute work involving:
  • Flatwork
  • Tear‑out and pour‑back
  • Repairs and demo
  • Walls and footings
  • Industrial concrete scopes
• Ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met
• Coordinate with project management, estimating, and ownership
• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules
• Maintain strong communication with clients and inspectors
• Support coordination with excavation and utilities operations as needed

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Proven experience as a Field Superintendent or Lead Foreman in concrete construction
• Strong background in commercial, industrial, and/or residential concrete
• Ability to lead crews, solve problems, and maintain high standards
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
• Estimating or project coordination experience is a plus
