Baldwin & Shell Construction Company is seeking a Construction Management Intern for Summer 2027 in Springdale, AR. The 10-week program provides hands-on experience across project management, preconstruction, and field office operations to translate classroom knowledge into real-world skills.
You will support project engineers and managers, assist with Procore setup, submittals, RFIs, change orders, scheduling, and bid packages while gaining exposure to multiple phases of construction management.
