** As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. You will manage reservations, assist guests with their needs, and contribute to the overall operations of the front desk.

** Greet guests upon arrival and assist with the check-in process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.

Experience:

** Technical skills for entries of reservations and quality performance. Ability to get along well with people, be honest, punctual and reliable.

Ability to remain calm and friendly. Ability to physically be out to make rounds throughout the resort.  Ability to adapt to changing work conditions. Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.  High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus.

Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.

Proficient in computer systems and software; experience with hotel management systems is a plus.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
