ResponsibilitiesAt Rock Family Dental the Practice Manager has the overall responsibility for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the work and resources involved in running a service-oriented business. And ensures a positive image of Rock Dental Brands and its facilities to our patient base is adhered to. The Practice Manager s goal is to ensure the company vision is attained, the values are upheld, and a dynamic environment is created.
YouMust Have
- Licensed as a Registered Dental Assistant/Certified Dental Assistant in state working (preferred)
- CPR training (preferred)
- 1+ years working experience in clinic operations with a proven aptitude to lead by example, or equivalent level of experience in dental clinic management is a plus.
- Good conflict resolution skills
- Proven work history of excellence
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Ability to work well with public
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extensive organization skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast pace work environment
- Excellent time management skills
