Join to apply for the Trainer role at Epic
. This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users in addition to Epic staff.
• Be the first point of contact for many staff and users, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic and assisting them in saving lives.
• Involve the training process from instructional design to the development of training materials and scenarios that will be delivered.
• Work in tight-knit teams to design workflow-based training content, collaborate with organizations to develop their training, and contribute to projects to make our software more intuitive.
• Travel as needed; willing to visit customer locations.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination requirement (as applicable).

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree or greater (any major)
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred
• A history of academic and professional success
• Able to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
