PRN Anesthesiologist – Northwest Medical Center, Springdale, AR

Join Essential Anesthesia Management for a 3‑6 month PRN assignment at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale, Arkansas. No OB services.

• Hours Guaranteed – 3‑6 month block
• Team of 5.5 Anesthesiologists with 3 on‑site daily (Main OR, Outpatient OR, CV cases)
• Primary call rotation: 1 on primary call, 1 off post‑call, 1 on vacation
• All physicians must be heart capable; CV fellowship not required
• Case mix:
  General, GI, Cath Lab, ENT, Bariatrics, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Vascular, GYN, Neuro, and CV. No OB services
• Rotates between Main OR and attached Outpatient surgery location

• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Comfortable with cardiac anesthesia; CV fellowship not required

• Independent 1099 status with long‑term stability
• Paid malpractice with tail coverage
