Position Overview:

We are seeking service-oriented Anesthesiologists to join a collaborative anesthesia team at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale, Arkansas. This opportunity includes one full-time and one part-time position. The role is a 1099 contractor position offering high compensation, generous time off, and a supportive team environment in a thriving community.

Position highlights:

• $311,000 annually on a 1099 basis with 21 weeks off
• Team of 5.5 Anesthesiologists: 3 on-site daily (1 supervising Main OR, 1 supervising Outpatient OR, and 1 available for CV cases)
• Coverage rotation among primary call, post-call off, and vacation
• All physicians need to be heart capable; CV fellowship not required
• Case mix includes General, GI, Cath Lab, ENT, Bariatrics, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Vascular, GYN, Neuro, and CV. No OB services
• Rotates between Main OR and attached Outpatient surgery location

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Comfortable with cardiac anesthesia; CV fellowship not required
• Flexibility to pursue additional work during your time off
• Independent 1099 contractor status with long-term stability
