• Conduct Environmental, Health and Safety inspections to include waste areas, chemical storage, stormwater controls, and air emission points.
• Manage hazardous and universal waste, including container labeling, storage, and pickups.
• Support spill prevention and first-response activities; maintain spill kit availability.
• Verify proper chemical storage and ensure SDS access; support environmental review for new chemicals.
• Complete required environmental logs, documentation, and daily AWW shift handoff notes.
• Assist with SPCC, stormwater, air permit, and wastewater compliance tasks as needed.
• Provide basic safety support and respond to shift-level EHS incidents.
• Ability to work independently during AWW hours.

• OSHA Qualifications

• HS diploma (or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• We Prefer Associate degree in Environmental Science, Safety, Industrial Technology, or related field 2 years of relevant environmental/EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Working knowledge of RCRA, SPCC, stormwater, and air compliance preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
