This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
Design, build, coordinate, and maintain our multi-tenant, high-complexity, enterprise scale hosting architecture. We have opportunities for all experience levels. Whether you are just starting in your career or have decades of experience, you’re looking to get in the weeds with technical infrastructure engineering or want to develop Infrastructure as Code solutions, or are interested in learning more about the systems that support the nation’s best healthcare systems, we have an opportunity for you.
Infrastructure Engineers specialize in different areas. Experience and/or interest in different technologies can be discussed during the recruitment process.

Responsibilities- Design, build, coordinate, and maintain multi-tenant, high-complexity hosting architecture.
- Work across infrastructure domains to support enterprise-scale hosting environments.
- Collaborate with teams to implement Infrastructure as Code solutions and improve systems that support Epic’s hosting infrastructure.
- Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting.
- Follow policies and procedures and escalate when policies are not followed; escalate potential security incidents with relevant information; meet all security responsibilities defined in policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree in CIS, IS, IT, or a related field
- Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
