Technical Architect

Responsibilities

• Administer and automate provisioning across multi-vendor storage platforms in production and lab environments.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot ESXi storage connectivity—NFS, iSCSI, FC, NVMe-FC, and NVMe-TCP.
• Manage Windows Server Kerberos and Active Directory integrations for secure VCF Lab environments.
• Lead firmware and service pack upgrade cycles for arrays, NICs, HBAs, and server components.
• Perform hardware diagnostics and remote hands guidance for on-site teams.
• Configure Brocade FC switches and perform zoning, aliasing, and performance validation.
• Collaborate with network, compute, and storage teams to ensure end-to-end infrastructure reliability.
• Design and implement Python automation tools to streamline array discovery, LUN/volume creation, and data collection.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of data center efficiency, uptime, and resource utilization.

Salary Range: $80,000-$125,000 a year
