** As an IT Product Manager, you'll oversee the entire lifecycle of our HR products, owning the IT product roadmaps for different Workday & SAP modules. Your focus will be mainly in the Benefits and Compensation spaces. Collaborating closely with decision makers in each HR area, you'll define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and market needs. Leveraging your strong analytical skills and agile expertise, you'll plan and prioritize features, enhancements, and improvements that deliver maximum value to our users and drive business outcomes.

You'll serve as stakeholders' primary point of contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the product development process. With a focus on innovation and continuous improvement, you'll drive agile development, gather user feedback, and iterate on product features to enhance the user experience and maintain a customer-obsessed culture in Tyson. As a strategic leader in product management, you'll play a crucial role in driving our products' success and the organization's overall growth.

The Workday Product Manager working alongside the respective business owner(s) will lead solutioning for Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Onboarding and other business unit needs within the Workday system. They will create a vision, guide the business using system capabilities and best practices, and ensure the business value is realized in the final product. This position will assist in leading implementations and enhancements of integrations into and out of Workday & SAP.The

Workday Product Manager will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our Workday & SAP HR systems strategy. This role will work closely with business process configurators, integration developers and certified testers using cross-functional leadership and leveraging teams to build scalable technology solutions. The focus is on driving the planning, development, and launch of new functionality, enhancing existing offerings, and championing a customer-centric approach throughout the product lifecycle in support of a global business.

This position will require extensive knowledge of the Workday system and platforms, including Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Onboarding, Integrations, and Agile Product Management.

* • Product Strategy:
Partner with business leaders to develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives and market needs.
• Agile leadership:
Coach and mentor product owners and analysts to drive Agile planning with different business groups.
• Roadmap Planning:
Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and improvements based on market research, user feedback, and competitive analysis.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to drive product development and delivery.
• Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as stakeholders' primary point of contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
• Requirements Gathering:
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements. All requirements must include a current and future state process map to be shared and signed off with your sponsor.
• Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• User Experience Optimization:
Advocate for exceptional user experiences, working closely with design and engineering teams to prioritize usability and accessibility improvements.
• Product Launch:
Lead the successful launch of new products and features, coordinating launch activities, preparing go-to-production plans, and ensuring smooth execution.
