We are seeking a Safety Manager to join our team. The Safety Manager will be responsible for implementing safety programs at construction sites to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.#
** Responsibilities
* ** Implement safety programs at construction sites to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
* Provide training and guidance to site personnel on safety-related matters
* Conduct safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
* Investigate accidents and incidents and develop corrective action plans
* Develop and maintain safety policies and procedures
* Monitor industry trends and changes in regulations and adapt programs and policies as needed
* Other duties as assigned#
** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor's degree in safety, environmental science, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in a safety role, with experience in the construction industry preferred
* Strong understanding of safety principles and regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience in developing and implementing safety programs
* Experience in conducting safety audits and investigations
