• Operate and monitor packaging equipment to ensure efficient production
• Support overall production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in line with company standards
• Participate in process improvement initiatives as needed
