The Job Squad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Production Tech II to work at a company located in the Springdale, AR area!

Job Location:

Springdale, AR Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: $18-$20 per hour

Employee will participate in a variety of activities related to manufacturing, production and organization of the associated work spaces, as well as providing other support as needed for our manufacturing facility.

Position is full-time; shifts available: first shift (8:00 to 4:30) and second shift (4:30 to 12:30); it requires at least 40 hours per week

• Keep detailed logs of all performed work
• Follow all setup procedures and work instructions accurately and efficiently
• Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure quality
• Follow all safety procedures
• Handling of hazardous materials and/or hazardous wastes under direct supervision of properly trained personnel
• Maintain cleanliness of the production area and related equipment
• Prepare orders for shipment
• Keep inventories of supplies and stocks on hand for production use
• Perform other related duties as needed

HS diploma or GED. Mechanical Engineering or some manufacturing experience preferred. Knowledge, skills, and abilities sufficient to:

• follow procedures and standard operating procedures with precision
• organize tools and production environment
• keep records

work in a team environment, but with initiative and able to work independently communicate effectively have an eagerness to learn new capabilities and skills be able to calculate simple algebraic equations forklift experience helpful work in a production environment while following safety procedures ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs
