Paint Department Coordinator

Staffing Management
*** Time spent on and with night shift will be required for all the below tasks
*** Manage training plans to bridge skills gaps and update the training/skills matrix

Keep an up-to-date schedule posted – Vacations/Vacancies/Etc.

Participate in shift lead vacancy/loa/vacation coverage

Time and Attendance management

Lean Manufacturing Initiatives Manage TPM coordination

Manage/assign labor for each AMComplete tasks and add comments in EAMAudit AM’s and provide feedback to Leads Review/revise AM tasks as needed

Coordinate with maintenance before and during TPM events

Manage 5S Activities within the Dept Generate 5S assignments

Audit completion of tasks and provide feedback

Involved in day-to-day continuous improvement activities and problem solving

Supplies Management Keep track of all paint supplies and reorder as needed

Ownership of special operational related projects

Other miscellaneous tasks as deemed necessary

You have: (required)
Must be fluent in JDE, Work Brain, MS Suite Must have general knowledge of Paint processes

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior leadership experience
