Production Associate / Production Line, Production Manager
Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc. is seeking a Lead, Production I for the 2A shift in Springdale, AR. The role supports line operators, balances the line, troubleshoots equipment, and ensures product quality and safety standards are met.
You will work in a fast-paced beverage production environment with emphasis on food safety and timely changeovers. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of production experience, strong communication, and multitasking skills.
