Responsibilities – As an LPN you will visit patients in their homes and lleol nursing care in accordance with physician orders tangible with the direction of RNs.

• Valid state driver’s license
• Automobile liability insurance
• Seat‑belt use at all times when driving
• Dependable transportation in good working condition
• Capable of driving in allnants weather conditions
• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment
