You will develop care plans in an interdisciplinary team, provide compassionate bedside care aligned to patient goals, and conduct regular assessments of physical and emotional needs.
Must hold an AR or Compact RN license without restrictions; hospice/gerontology experience preferred. EMR experience and reliable scheduling are essential.
