We are looking for an energetic and customer‑focused professional to assist the Community Manager in all aspects of property management.

• Serve as the first point of contact in our Leasing Office, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all prospective residents, current residents, vendors, and guests.
• Assist in leasing apartments by conducting property tours, explaining lease terms, and guiding prospects through the application process.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies in accordance with Section 42 Guidelines, the Fair Housing Act, and Rich Smith Policies and Procedures.
• Manage lease renewals, move-ins, and move-outs, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of resident interactions, leasing reports, and property activity to support management decisions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, handling resident inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the property management team to maintain high occupancy rates and a positive community atmosphere.

• Preferably 1 year of leasing or customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service focus with the ability to build rapport with residents and prospects.
• Proficiency in office tasks such as typing, filing, scanning, and answering telephones.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Outstanding organizational and time‑management skills.

• Must be in good physical condition with the ability to move around the property frequently.
• Ability to walk the property, including multiple flights of stairs, for inspections and apartment showings.
• Lift a minimum of 60 lbs. when necessary for office upkeep and supply management.
