Server (Part Time)

Starting wage: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour

Shift schedule:
Wednesday – Saturday, 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm

• To be a Host with the Most: greet residents, make them feel welcome, be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster an environment where residents can connect.
• To be a Peppy Prepper: whether prepping a table for service, salads for the next meal, or rolling silverware, ensure the meal service is successful through preparation.
• To be a Titan of Tidiness: buss tables, sweep floors – important for community pride.
• To be an Appetite Anthropologist: communicate with supervisors and wellness staff about poor dietary habits, changes in appetite, or residents missing meals.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must read, write, understand, and communicate in English at least 8th‑grade proficiency.
• Positive and energetic attitude, loves residents.
• Active role that requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and assist after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.
