The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, subject to business needs.
• Proactively communicate with the District FAST Supervisor about work progress, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform store measurements and inventory counts, including cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes accurately and promptly.
• Hang signage such as Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service via GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value & Appreciate.
• Ensure a memorable shopping experience that stands out from competitors.
• Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred. Must be 18+ years old.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential regardless of education level.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding fields strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-direction and ability to complete tasks independently.

• Indoor environment with moderate noise; outdoor areas are hard surfaces.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Maintain safety standards and promote a safe work environment.

• Move, transfer, push, and pull merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds; operate equipment safely.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete required training successfully.
