What you'll do

• Be a Team Member:
  Maintains up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross‑functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicates effectively with the team; and remains flexible to meet the needs of the business by working in other areas.
• Be an Expert:
  Prepares food according to item specifications; plans future and mass productions; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; and demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution.
• Be a Techie:
  Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick‑up orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to adopt them.
• Be an Owner:
  Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date‑control standards; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; assists members with purchasing decisions; handles payment types; locates merchandise; and resolves member issues and concerns.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Acts as a brand advocate; develops, influences, and inspires others to work in a respectful, supportive, and team‑oriented style; understands roadblocks and assists in training them.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in business processes and practices.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners; identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carries out tasks; communicates progress and information; determines and recommends ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapts to and learns from change, difficulties, and feedback.
