As a Security Officer Desk Check In Driver in Springdale, AR
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a healthcare location, you will provide a welcoming presence, manage visitor access, monitor entry activity, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism and care. You will use strong communication and customer service skills to support patients, families, and staff while helping to maintain an orderly environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, families, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Staff the front desk in a healthcare setting, greet visitors, provide directions, and maintain a professional, welcoming presence.
• Monitor access to the facility, verify visitor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and issue visitor credentials as directed.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel when needed.
• Maintain accurate front-desk logs, document security-related incidents, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
