As a Security Officer Front Office Driver in Springdale, AR
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a healthcare location, you will greet visitors, manage access, support security-related operations, and provide outstanding customer service. You will use technology to document activity, communicate professionally with patients, families, and staff, and help maintain a welcoming environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, families, visitors, and staff while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a healthcare facility.
• Monitor access points, greet and screen visitors, verify identification and credentials, and issue visitor passes in accordance with facility requirements.
• Maintain awareness of front desk activity, report unusual conditions or concerns, and help to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain accurate logs and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs. is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
