We are seeking a full-time Lead Installer with a background in cabinetry and carpentry.

Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- 3+ years of cabinetry installation experience in trim carpentry, cabinetry, doors, drawers, and crown molding
- Proficient with hand tools, saws, measuring tapes (tools provided)
- Ability to work independently or in a team with minimal supervision
- Experience managing 1-2 individuals
- Detail-oriented and creative in managing job adjustments
- Efficient time management skills
- Ability to lift cabinet materials repeatedly
- Strong communication skills and adherence to company standards
