Stribling Equipment, LLC is one of the largest John Deere Dealerships selling new and used construction, compaction, forestry, and concrete equipment in Mississippi, West Tennessee, and Arkansas. We also provide parts and service, as well as rental equipment, and training services. Because of continued growth, we are looking for a Heavy Equipment Field Service Technician for our dealership.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work independently at customer’s locations from a field service truck
• Recondition and repair equipment and components
• Maintain good working records for time, parts, supplies and outside purchases
• Maintain and care for equipment and vehicles
• Perform diagnostic inspections as directed

• 2 or more years of experience related to repairing and maintaining heavy equipment, diesel automobiles, or heavy trucks.
• John Deere experience is a plus.
• Tools as required of a typical diesel technician.
• Basic understanding of computers and computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite and other software on similar platforms that will be used to diagnose and document repairs.
• Analytical skills to diagnose complex problems
• Class BCDL License isand valid medical card is preferred; must be able to obtainfor continued employment
